About Jeffrey S. Klirsfeld, DPM – The Foot Doctor
For more than three decades, Jeffrey S. Klirsfeld, D.P.M. has been improving the quality of life for thousands of people in the New York/Nassau County area by alleviating their foot and ankle conditions. He is a highly skilled podiatrist that provides careful diagnosis, treatment and prevention of foot related ailments. Dr. Klirsfeld received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1987 from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
As an avid fan of the outdoors himself, he enjoys running, bike riding and walking around the city. His understanding of the importance of proper foot care plays a vital role in sports where foot injuries commonly occur. By regularly recommending appropriate footwear, training regimens, and prescribing orthotic devices to fit in sports shoes when necessary his patients are able to resume and enjoy their favorite activities.
